Another year has passed and another batch of students have GRADUATED.well, more and more each year right? Now most of you are enjoying, slacking around doing nothing.
We advise you to check out the various Poly's courses and all and look out for your potential courses.

The commitee is currently busy with all our school workload and all but yep, we'll organise something fun soon. Any suggestions?

Post-JWSS Jam and Hop

THANK you all so much for coming down to support the event
We hope you had much fun and of' cos sweated to the beats.

We had many GORGEOUS babes and hunks dressed to kill. And we're sure this is the only few times where you get to see your peers dress up.
Congratulations to Prom king and Queen Mr Ian Luah and Ms Jaci Tan. They both win a $50 Levi's Voucher each.

A RED Carpet Affair

Dress code:
Anything that your favourite celebrity wears. YES!!!
Anything from what Sum41 wears or what The Beatles wore or even what people like Christina Aguilera or Justin Timberlake wears.
ANYTHING, provided you dress as though you’re REALLY coming to a ‘Music Awards’. That means obviously no one wears flip-flops/sandals or dress as though you’re going to the wet market when you come on 24th NOV. Jeans ARE allowed though.

For those who haven’t got your tickets yet, you can get them at the entrance of the JWSS Hall on 24th November itself.

And by the way, DJ Andy from Zouk and the local band Sound Salvation will be entertaining us!!! We assure you lots of FUN!! So don’t miss this chance and be sure to be there on 24th November.

you can now grab ur tickets ON the DAY itself, 24th Nov Fri. But come before 6.30pm at the sch hall to get ur tickets! therefore answering to NOBODY'S tag, that there is no deadline already until the actual day. But those who ALREADY paid the tix will be under our VIP list.

To ioo and anyone's that wondering: what kind of event is this? HAVE u ever heard of the word PROM nite? Or ever heard from ur fellow friends from other schools saying that they went to some POSH hotel to celebrate their GRADUATION night, or party somewhere? The girls wear Gorgeous Dresses and have dates to bring them to prom, while the GUYS wear formally and look smart.

Basically PROM NITE or in our case, a JAM & HOP night, is a celebration, an event with your school mates to mark the end of an academic year. U dance, sing, have fun and just chill.

Its very rare that events like this are celebrated in our sch. so if u don't intend to go for it, there might never be a chance for it to happen again.

Hi guys (and gals)!

Have you tried clubbing at Club Momo, Ministry of Sound, Zouk or even Butter Factory before?
For those who have, have you ever thought of not only clubbing with your own clique, but also the people you have spent wonderful time with during your JWSS days? For those who have not, why not give clubbing a try especially since you are still young and the opportunity is here for you?

The Alumni Committee will be organising a SENIORS JAM & HOP event for the graduating classes of 2006 and we want YOU, the graduates from years 2004 and 2005, to be part of it too. This is definitely a chance not to be missed by all especially when you can see the teachers grooving to the club music, and that bookworm in your class shaking his/her booty away?

See the School Hall transformed into a Night Club, with the bouncers, red carpet, a stamp on your hand after making payments, live bands, mobile disco, drinks and food. We will also be engaging the professionals to provide the bands, emcees and FUN for you! So rest assured the $10 that you pay to enter to club at JWSS is worth every cent of it.
Furthermore, $10 is not too much to ask for entrance to a club of FUN right? This event is not like any other school event which ends at 9pm at most. Like any other clubs, we will open our doors at 7pm and you will make your way home (or not?) after a fun time clubbing at 11pm. We are considering Friday, 24th November for this event. (Well, it is TGIF!)

We are also considering a few themes for the night namely Black & Bling, Glitz & Glam, MTV Music Awards, Rockstar and Hot & Spicy. Saucy enough? Yes, you definitely cannot miss it especially if you want to catch that hot dude or sexy babe you have been eyeing since secondary school days, all dressed up!

We hope you would seriously consider this event on your calendar as it is DA HAWTEST EVENT in Jurong West Secondary School ever. We will keep you updated on this event and when to make payments soon.
